Mother’s Day Morning Tea

We recently shared a Mother’s Day morning tea in the Children’s House playground in Rockingham, which was a really special way to come together as a community.

Children engaged with a range of creative and practical life materials in the environment, and some chose to make handmade cards or small gifts for someone special in their life. Others took part in baking experiences and helped prepare items that were shared during the morning tea. It was lovely to see the different ways they expressed care and connection, guided by their own interests and choices.

The morning was a simple and warm celebration of connection between the children, their families, and the school community.
