Fees - Childcare

At West Coast Montessori, our fees vary by location and age group to reflect the tailored programs and resources available at each centre. Below is the current daily fee structure for both our Port Kennedy and Rockingham centres.

Port Kennedy Centre

$149 per day

0 - 3 YEARS

3 – 5½ YEARS

Rockingham Centre

$114 per day

3 – 5½ YEARS (FULL DAY )


$50 per session

Fees are charged per child, per day. All fees listed are before any applicable Child Care Subsidy (CCS). Eligible families will receive Child Care Subsidy (CCS). The percentage and number of hours subsidised may vary based on each family’s individual circumstances, as determined by Centrelink.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

At West Coast Montessori, we are dedicated to making authentic Montessori education accessible to all families. We are excited to share that as of 5 January 2026, the Australian Government has introduced the 3 Day Guarantee, making child care more affordable for even more families in our community.

  • The old “Activity Test” has been replaced for the first 72 hours of care. This means that all families eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) are now guaranteed at least 3 days of subsidised care per week (72 hours per fortnight), regardless of how many hours you work, study, or volunteer.

    • Universal Access: Even if you didn’t meet previous work or study requirements, you may now be able to access 3 days of subsidised early learning.

    • Support for First Nations Families: Families caring for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children are now eligible for 100 hours of subsidised care per fortnight.

    • Higher Participation: Families working or studying more than 48 hours per fortnight can still access up to 100 hours of subsidised care.

    • Automatic Updates: If you are already receiving CCS, these changes will be applied automatically to your account by Services Australia.
