Our Commitment to Quality
At West Coast Montessori, we strive to keep our fees accessible while ensuring the highest standard of Montessori education. As a community-funded school, tuition fees account for nearly 50% of our operating budget, making timely payment essential to our school’s success.
Enrolment Fees
Application Fee
$150
The Application Fee accompanies the original Application for Enrolment and covers administrative costs. Payment of this fee does not guarantee an offer of a place. The Application Fee is non-refundable.
Enrolment Fee
$420
An Enrolment Fee is charged to each new student; it covers costs to the School of the enrolment process and is a commitment by the family that they will accept the place, even if entry is some time in the future. This fee is non-refundable and is not applied as a credit to School Fees. The Enrolment Fee is non-reundable.
Bond Deposit
Equal to 1 Term’s Tuition
An additional Bond Deposit is charged for each new student; this fee does not go toward tuition or school fees. Sibling discounts do not apply. This deposit is refundable (less any outstanding fees) only after the child completes six full terms and a full term’s written notice of withdrawal is provided.
School Fees (Tuition)
Tuition is managed via a Fee Payment Agreement. We offer flexible direct debit options: Annually, Termly, Monthly, or Fortnightly.
Early Bird Discount: Receive a 2% discount when paying your annual fees in full, in advance.
Sibling Discounts: Multi-child discounts are applied automatically to tuition fees.
Payment Methods: We accept EFTPOS, Cash, Cheque, and Credit Cards (MasterCard/Visa).
Note: A 1.62% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
Part-term enrolments are invoiced pro-rata. All fees are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Parents intending to withdraw their child from West Coast Montessori are required to give one full term’s notice in writing of this decision. This is to ensure that the child’s place can be filled in good time. It helps the School with financial planning, reduces opportunity costs, and is considerate to potential families who may be on a waiting list trying to decide what to do or who may have to give notice at another school.

West Coast Montessori has the facility to direct debit your bank account each year, term, month or fortnight, and each family will sign a Fee Payment Agreement to arrange this for payment of School (Tuition) Fees.
Lump sum payments may be paid by EFTPOS, cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa or direct deposit (BSB 036 074 Account 673 288). Cheques should be made payable to West Coast Montessori. Please note a 1.62% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact our Business Manager early to negotiate a payment plan. A late fee of $35 applies to accounts 14 days overdue or missed payment plans.

Support our future! Donations over $2 to our Building Fund are 100% tax-deductible and go directly toward improving campus facilities.

Your fees include an annual subscription to Montessori Australia (including Montessori Insights magazine) and comprehensive Student Accident Insurance for all school-related activities.
